Welcome to Ticketalo ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
Ticketalo provides verifiable flight reservations for travelers who need to show proof of onward travel for immigration purposes. Our reservations are real and can be verified by airlines and immigration authorities.
Our reservations are not actual tickets and cannot be used for boarding flights. They are designed solely to satisfy immigration requirements for entry into countries that require proof of onward travel.
You may need to create an account to use some of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
All payments for our Services are processed securely through our payment providers. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified and do not include any applicable taxes or fees that may be charged by your bank or credit card company.
Due to the immediate delivery of our digital products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with your reservation, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.
For more information on our refund policy, please see our Refund Policy.
