2. Digital Product Nature

Our flight reservation service is a digital product that is delivered immediately upon purchase. Once you receive your flight reservation, it is considered delivered and used.

Due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of our product, we generally do not offer refunds after the reservation has been delivered to you.

3. Exceptions for Refunds

We may consider issuing refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Service Failure: If our system fails to generate and deliver your flight reservation within 24 hours of purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Invalid Reservation: If the flight reservation we provide is rejected by immigration authorities due to an error on our part (not due to changes in immigration policies or requirements), you may be eligible for a full refund. Documentation from immigration authorities will be required.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same reservation due to a technical error on our website, we will refund the duplicate charges.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of Plans: If you change your travel plans after receiving your flight reservation.
  • Incorrect Information: If you provided incorrect passenger information, travel dates, or destinations during the booking process.
  • No Longer Needed: If you no longer need the flight reservation after it has been delivered.
  • Policy Changes: If immigration policies or requirements change after your reservation has been issued.

5. Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions listed above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@ticketalo.com within 48 hours of your purchase.
  2. Include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a detailed explanation of why you believe you qualify for a refund.
  3. Provide any supporting documentation that may be relevant to your refund request.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

6. Cancellation Before Delivery

If you wish to cancel your order before the flight reservation has been delivered, please contact our customer support team immediately. If we have not yet processed your reservation, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
