1. Digital Product Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate delivery of flight reservations, we generally do not offer refunds once a reservation has been successfully generated and delivered.

All sales are considered final upon completion of the transaction and delivery of the digital product.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical errors preventing delivery of your reservation
  • Incorrect passenger information due to our system error
  • Service unavailability for your requested route
  • Duplicate charges for the same reservation

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under our exceptional circumstances policy, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of your purchase.

Include the following information in your refund request:

4. Processing Time
